Change temp spread for start/stop operation on Carrier 7300?

    To make the story short, the temp can go 9-10 degrees above the set point before the reefer kicks in on my Carrier X4 7300. My friend's TK only goes up 5-6. I am wondering if it is possible to recalibrate the unit. I couldn't find anything in the menus or in the owner's manual.
