I'm guessing you chose your words and meant LEGAL instead of safe. It's all about the rules freedom is scary is it not?

 

I think we should ban all cab overs. They are unsafe, rough riding, and detrimental to the driver. They don't fit in with how my operation works there for they are unsafe. That's absurd..... so are elogs

 

I've never seen a group of adults so scared of anything as elogs .
I'm against elogs, yet I'm for elogs to see how bad it screws with drivers that can't obey the current hours of service.

Here's a legitimate reason to be afraid. Afraid if you value a low CSA score. Cause if there's any doubt about the legitimacy of your logs I have no doubt there will be plenty "only a warning" inspection tickets being written up.

State agencies and CVSA do not have a CLEAR protocol for dealing with ELDs yet. And we're how many short months away?

Again I'm exempt from HOS so elogs won't effect me. But reminds me a story that I heard about the natzis.
