and 20 miles from home is a breeze .
It could have been 2000 miles away.

Given our idiotic legal system, you could probably sue the Port of Entry, the state and all the employees for mental anguish over this whole ugly affair that will end in the ticket being dismissed and you getting enough cash to retire on.

Any reason to dismiss minor offenses or plea bargain more serious offenses go hand in hand with how busy the court is. So if you’re going to get a citation or arrested to it I a metropolitan area. Do it in a rural are they have the time to administer justice. Good luck

Absolutely any errors on the ticket can be reason for dismissal. I would hire a lawyer and tell him to get this dismissed. Their error is THEIR problem, not yours.

That depends on how bad some appointed bureaucrat wamts to score cheap points by making an example out of an evil, renegade truck driver.
