Transportation Company & Logistics Solutions | CRST …
    SOLO DRIVER OPTIONS
CRST solo drivers have all kinds of driving options including: dedicated, regional and local. You choose the freight and driving style that's right for you.
    1. You must be at least 21 years old.
    2. You must pass a DMV/D.O.T. (Dept. of Transportation) physical and a pre-employment drug screen.
    3. You must have a good driving record.
    4. All criminal convictions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are all reviewed by management.

Now you have me looking for dowels to keep in the truck. “In case” parts are good.
    Thanks for the idea.

Keep a couple of shapes or a knife to shape them for a snug fit. The piece I used was wedge shaped for that particular hole.

Alot like me in the "it ain't a big deal unless you make it one" . I spilled fuel once from broken pump handle only probably like 2-3 gallons . Didn't say anything, a terminal worker asked about it and was flipping out I asked who is forcing him to call epa? He just stood silent .

I fixed a hole in the oil pan on my 69 impala with a piece of wood one time.
It was a ####ty fix but it got me home. I think I fixed it better with jb weld and gasket sealer later lol. Was like that when it met it’s maker.

Right, you save your own job, plus save the trucking company tons of money and also keeps the company record clean.

Chinatown thank you for your numerous suggestions. So these are companies known to be somewhat forgiving of multiple violations?
Ironically, I have no major accidents, incidents, no tickets, no previous failed inspections. The crack was 3-4 inches long but not so wide, next time I'll carry a hatchet and some soft pine. Frankly I didn't realize how exposed the bottom of the fuel are to any potential damage.

The larger companies are self insured. That is the reason they are more lenient with "situations" that smaller companies can not tolerate. You have plenty of options

All those companies I listed give drivers a 2nd chance.
Craigslist will also have some companies that are lenient with hiring.
Apply using the trucking company websites and online applications before calling.
