Company Lied on my Clearinghouse (Refusal)

    Hello drivers, for the last month my clearinghouse was read bc this company said I refused a pre-employment drug test. Long start short I chose another company over Zolja Trans our of AZ. So I filed a petition in the DataQ and the removed it. I live in GA but I need help with getting a lawyer to file suit against the company the clinic and clearinghouse. Please anyone what's a good lawyer that sues trucking company.
