Hey, if a company you’re leased on to doesn’t pay you. What would you do ? What kind of lawyer would I need ? They owe me $12,000+.

you file a claim on thier bond.
if you are a member of any truckers organization, such as OOIDA, they would have a list of lawyers that you can contact near you. you would still have to pay them of course.Greggg Thanks this. -

First read your contract with them. Some companies don’t send the final settlement until 90 days after you’ve left.
