Amazon customers do more research before buying a belt than most newbies do when choosing where to work. SMH, SMDH

Yes its the job for me. But when I say get me home, get me home. PERIOD.

Every single company I've driven for has gotten me home late. The first one got me home late 3 out of 5 outings in the truck. I finally told them, after being 3 days late getting home and still sitting without a trip, if you don't get me home before midnight tonight I'm abandoning the truck. Amazingly, they found me a load and I got home at 11pm.

If you let them push you around, they will. If they fire you because you complain about them failing to do their jobs, then screw them, go find a better company. Your job is to deliver freight on time. Their job is to get you home on time.

I talked to two PAM drivers. Neither called it a terrible company, but both agreed PAM stood for "poor ### management".

You wont let yourself go home. Take the fuel card, scan it, fill tanks to rim, fill DEF to rim. Drive truck to terminal, clean it out, take keys drop in drop box or terminals managers desk. Resign. Apply for jobs. Grow a set of nuts!

What they said , and if anyone ask or you care to complain too tell them why . Most times they don 't care and will give that truck to someone else in 48 hrs.
Once again , don't put up with ######## , and do your own checking with drivers BEFORE starting with a company .
