Con-Way Truckload Drivers: What's Your 20? (2014 edition)

I got a call from the dispatcher of my former fleet asking if I would be interested in coming back to CFI . I've been gone 2 yrs now

 

the same thing happened to a buddy of mine I quit about a year-and-a-half ago

 

two mornings in a row I wake up with snow on my hood...the first morning it was 0 degrees...second morning it was a tepid 19...I drove through snow and sleet today...a little rain and when I got down to Virginia, it was 60 degrees...that was after the sun went down.

I guess my work up north is finished...I went from Minnesota to New York...and it snowed in every state I went through in between...coincidence, I think not

 

I wonder where Pauldo is...I bet he's parked in Fort Myers....save me a space dude I'll be there soon

 

I wonder where Keeker is...I hope she's not snowbound for the holidays up in BC

 

I'll talk to your manager and see if they can't get your home by Easter

 

Hi all- yup made it to BC via the always lovely in Winter, I-84 & Cabbage & Snowqualmie...then to Port Townsend delivering to Ontario CA and then HOME!!! Las Vegas!! Please be safe all- it's super sketchy sometimes and shutting down is the smart thing

My FM didn't call me but I had a female with one of those stripper names call me about a week ago wanting to "check some information"

I asked her how the "fuelopps scumbags"was working.
I was like told ya! Hung up.
Lol.

 

I got them to reimburse for my kW dealer snowbroom.
