    Wish I had done so with mine he was a pretty good guy and was a great shifter on the 13

    No longer works here

    Couldn't handle the time out.

    Good choice. My main advice is to take notes in orientation & pay particular attention when they go over the procedures for getting extra pay items (detention, layover, etc). These are things that if you don't request -- you won't get (and they do add up!)

    That goes for any company really, but my first month out I was always like "which macro do you have to send within 24 hours? Which macro do you have to send during your fleet manager's normal hours?"
