    When all was said and done, going to NYC was the main reason I left CRE. Told them I would never run another load there. Didnt go over well. Anyway that led me to Melton and the rest is history. Flats ever since. Wouldn't ever go back to box.

    Well...it went ok, relatively speaking. I mean...no REAL issues...besides the fact that I sat for 20 minutes double parked on Madison Avenue waiting for my 2nd seat, lol.
    Got out of there before that blizzard came in though. Dropped a load in Illinois and headed to Arizona now...SOUTH!! Keep me below the Mason-Dixon, lol.

    Hav'nt made a post in a while...just been following my plan. I'm at just over 5 months now...finished my advanced lead/train the trainer course and everything is running smooth.

    C.R. England gets a bad rap by some folks...and being with the company/out on the road for 5 months now, I've had a chance to talk to quite a few of them. It's funny...they all seem to have the same mentality/attitude. I guarantee you...take care of your business, do your job well and there are NO issues with C.R. England taking care of YOU.

    I'm getting calls from within the company with "job" offers and having DM's fight over me...just because I do my job well.

    Don't believe everything negative you read...take into account the source.

    What they must be desperate still for trainers, they at least call my phone once a week and shoot me several email asking me to come back. I know that Hershey route has a hard time keeping drivers , same with the 95 corridor.. when I was an employee with England I was getting constant job offers from within the company to, it ain't nothing special about you bud. That's just how they do business

    Didn't say I was special...just said I do my job well. If that keeps my DM and the company happy...and they keep ME happy...well, can't ask for much more.
