Let us not forget ET's favorite AR dedicated account...IE - Lowes. We do store deliveries out of 2 different D/C's (although the drivers aren't dedicated to only Lowes, the company has an account to deliver them via the closest Creten). Plus we do Menard's out of at least 1 D/C, and do direct to the store delivery's to them as well (from the shipper). We also do deliveries to the Alside siding wholesalers...although it's been a while since I've seen one of those.

Sorry, been quite busy over the last 6 weeks. January was a 13,200 mile month, and not enough time to squeeze in a 34...so my calculator batteries are dead from all the figuring.(and it's got a solar power backup too!) That also included a 23 hour wait for a load, waiting on the shipper I mean, out of one of the fiberglass plants in K/C...then the next load was a 5 hour wait at a Menard's store delivery. The store was just opening, and I was 13th in line to unload. I did manage to spend the night at home 4 nights in January, and 1 in the beginning of February...not bad. I had a 'B' service done on 1/7, by 2/7, I was around 1000 miles or so from needing an 'A' service already. Either I've been in the right places at the right times, or they're trying to run as many miles as they can on this truck before they trade it sometime this year...Either way, I'm not complaining one little bit. Well, maybe a little, Weekend dispatch...need I say more? Regular shift dispatch (even over-night's) is still doing a much improved job of responding, but weekend's still suck. But hey, we didn't make it to the moon on the 1st try...and the way some of these dispatchers talk to us, they're doing rocket science at the other end of the Q/comm I think.

You picked a good time of the year for it. Freight seems to be picking up and hopefully winter will be on its way outta here!

I'm looking forward to it. My cpm will be the same as I'm getting at Schneider, so any increase in miles, plus the fact I can park 40 miles from the house as opposed to 110, will be perfectly adequate.

Gonna work a notice with SNI, so my start date will be around the end of this month.

And if winter wants to exit and never show it's ugly face again, it won't be too soon for me!

My apologies, I've been shirking my duties. I've been forced into the shop for an overdue A service, so I have a little time to do some catch up.
