Kinda what I was thinking too...that is if that really -is- a camera. I guess we will find out once someone on the forum gets one. You know Lincoln won't inform us peeons what they're doing to the equipment we have to drive.

Well, I got a shock today. After I finally made it out of Kansas, just before I arrived at my delivery...a real honest to goodness pre(before I delivered)plan. I picked up at the very same warehouse I was delivering to. Empty bins from Aurora, CO to Greeneville, TN for Monday. 1400 miles, and...we pick up right out of the very same place, the zinc plant(penny blanks). T'wood be sweet to have another round trip back to Aurora. This will allow me to get a reset in, do laundry and deliver Monday morning...but if I plan on it, it won't happen...so I won't jump the gun, then be disappointed.

Wow lucky for you I got a 700 mile run that picks up today 5/2 and del on monday 5/6 at 1600....yippeeeee. The best part, when I inquired about either del early or tcalling en route at on of the 2 yards I will pass I was told, and I quote "No that is a set del time.. If you dont like it you can wait for disp tomorrow and hopefully they can help you out" Well looks like someone is gonna get an ear full tomorrow morning when the office staff gets into my home terminal

ok since I have no more plans to lay any money down I will tell you guys my gambling story.
Made it to Wild Wild West truck stop slash Days Inn around 1230. I had booked a room for less than 30 bux (w/tt&l) but had to wait till about 1500 for check in. Fiddle faddle around trying not to put any greenbacks into their machines but I finally caved in and out came a ten spot. Video poker and I selected Dueces Wild at the two bit level...I know I know The Bellagio should have comp'ed me a room at my level of play but alas.... So I'm there hitting the buttons and I kept winning and winning and then I hit a Royal Flush...cha ching! Cashed out at fo'ty two fiddy and went and paid for my room in cash...their cash. Get to the room and there's a flyer slipped under the door..Mustang RanchI was thinking but nope it's a pizza place.
Anyways I go walking around getting some excercise and came back through the lobby. Hit the same row of machines...yep a ten spot again and started my streak all over. Cashed out a whopping dirty thirty so I'm up twinny dolla and I'm looking at that pizza flyer. Free room and free dinner
I'm gonna shut up now so as to not jinx myself and have a flat tire in the morning.scottied67, wulfman75 and Ralph4159 Thank this. -

OPs usually prefers that the CSR does all the corresponding with the customer so your AM emails the CSR, the CSR emails the customer and waits for a response. If there is no response the CSR tells the AM no other appt. times available. That way they always have a paper trail to CYA themselves. I do know that WallyWorld has an E-board that your AM can check but that board is locked 24 hr.s prior to your scheduled appt. time because I have "gone on in" and most of the time it works out but occasionally it doesn't. Having spent 24 years in customer service I call and put on my phone voice and be polite accepting whatever answer I get and oh so very graciously thank them for the valuable time.
Anyways, just a theoryRalph4159 Thanks this. -
That sounds about right. It's sometimes when dispatch responds immediately that I become extra suspicious, like they are just blowing me off. And several times that hunch was right because I called the customer right then and found out there were earlier times available.
