Crete Carrier - A Year In Review - Fall 2013 Going Forward

This is weird, I'm at a local joint, and I walk out to the patio to smoke. Nothing but parents with their young kids. All the adults are inside.

 

Seriously? That woman was evil incarnate. Figures something like that would happen.

 

they either called in an exorcist and cleansed the place of her evil presents or when she went on vacation to Kansas a house fell on her then Toto lifted his leg on her pointy boots sticking out from under the one side...

 

Wishful thinking.

 

Miss T and her little lap dog (don't remember his name) got fired. And not a single tear was shed on that day.

 

I'm surprised Crete had the guts to do it. She got the job in the first place through threats of a lawsuit for sexual harassment and racial discrimination.

 

I am hoping that the new terminal manager has a sense of humor and puts up a Under New Management sign when they take over.

 

Ms. T definitely didn't have a sense of humor.

 

Could be long reset in Kansas City if they don't let me tcall this load.
It didn't have a delivery appt when I accepted.

Update, tcalled at KC, I feel for the driver that gets this. Live unload in Joplin ,Friday night at 22:30. Yuck

 

I was about 45 minutes shy of making it to the KC yard. I stopped in Cameron with about 7 minutes left on my 14. One spot left at the Shell station...perfect timing!

I shaved a full day off of my previous load so the extra 400+ miles today was all gravy! Heading to Dallas to a place I have delivered before so I know of a secret parking spot at a nearby warehouse. I could also hit the Wilmer yard and check for that "Under New Management" sign. Either way I can sneak into Big D at night and beat all of the traffic.
