Crete Carrier - A Year In Review - Fall 2013 Going Forward

A record indeed, in 120 miles, I met 3 Crete trucks that flashed their lights at me. I thought I had a light out or a man in a wheelchair stuck to my grill.

 

Finally getting ready to leave Nicholasville. After delivering on Friday night and having the idiot forklift guy knock a sprinkler head off the ceiling I got to wait until 6 o'clock Saturday morning to get my paperwork back. And SURPRISE! There's OSD on my trailer. I spent the entire day yesterday sending off messages and waiting for the OSD people to get back to me. At 6pm I get a message from the night crew letting me know that OSD left for the day at noon and if I want any chance of leaving KY I need to get whatever's left into the trailer into the cab and call OSD on TUESDAY. Oh and the next load available didn't pick up until today. Soooo in all total I've now wasted 36 hours on a 200 mile load and I have some new companions in the truck for the rest of the weekend:

how do we post a picture straight from an iPhone ? I even got stumped trying to post one from photobucket.

 

Where do you get Wednesday? He said it delivered Monday.

 

That is easy...roll down your window and throw the phone out...then go to the phone store and buy an Android

 

I don't know about iPhones, but on my computer, tablet, and Androids it is:

This icon when your in the typing area

Then hit 'choose file'(make sure the 'from computer' tab is checked)
Then go to Gallery and pick the pic you want to add
Then click 'Upload file'
Then if it is like this phone, do an edit, and add it again...for some reason on the 1st try it puts just the words 'Attachment[########]'. When I edit it, it puts the pic in then

 

oops, I was looking at the Maine load.


But at least my parking spot at Stony Ridge was empty. Party On

Wow, nobody's in Perrysburg? I'll be here all day Monday too.

 

I'm at the Petro in Joplin, MO until Tuesday morning, and it's a good thing too because I needed to do a reset since I don't have any hours left.

In addition, I salute all the veterans who sacrificed to preserve our freedom and liberty. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
