Enjoy your extra time on the short loads. We did get a 2 cent raise.

    Olympian Thanks this.

What a week, unloaded early Monday morning, got a lil shag, a 202 mile Bud load, delivered the same day. Turned out to be a live load. And my robot was slow . So they had to reschedule for today in Indy. They wanted me to drop my empty in Shelbyville even thou they knew I was headed for the terminal, 5 miles away,to do an A service and my physical. They even called as I was driving. I'll talk, I have a headset, I talk.

And if that trailer is still here Thursday, I will take it to Shelbyville.

after my physical and hazmat video. I didn't get to see the blood born pathogen video. I like to watch that as me and most truckers are serial killers and get sloppy cutting up hors and beggars. I usually forget the face mask.
    Forget that part!

anyways. Donna tells me that Kenny, who's training Alex has been with Crete a long time. I had to wait an hour to here that. Yesterday's Quallcom conversation was who's my a55 man today. Alex said he was being trained. My reply was "good grief, you mean you only have to work at Crete 3 days to be a trainer? No wonder the loads suck"

yet, I heard nothing about today using ## and re tards on there.

An A service tomorrow and I have a fresh 70.

    I love Indy!
and I'm guanteed not to drop dead for 2 years.

Those silly Poly drivers are driving right now, most the time in fact. Geez, it's better to relax

This only being able to have a B sevice at a Crete terminal...isnt working out at all.....tried 3 different terminals.....all of them 6 or more hrs before the truck would even go in the shop...then another 6 or more hrs waiting for the B service to get finished....what a mess this is

they told me tonight for the A, I said I'd be back in the morning.
Life's short. And I'm only missing a 200 mile load.

Maybe it's that wood sided trailer, hehehe!
We sit longer for a 200 mile load. I don't mind sitting for a 880 miler.
But since I got the big raise, I'm a local driver.
After the reset, I'm logging like a Teamster.

Why can i picture my asset manager and the trainee sitting side by side in an office chair, with their feet a foot from the floor. And they're wearing cowboy costumes.

it wouldn't be that bad had I eaten something. I had a single McD's biscuit and gravy and...vending machine stuff...that's it. Wish I had an APU so I could nuke some spaghetti-o's or ramen noodles.

And your asset mis-manager and his trainee are having office chair races down the cubicle aisles...then taking turns pushing each other in an office style wheel barrel race.

I thought all Poly trucks had at least an inverter, or is it that they just allow them, but you have to supply?

allow, and install but driver supplied. And I was thinking that if I invested in one, the next week they'd offer me an APU truck and I would have spent all my fuel points for nothing.
