I thought that's what I read in that note they sent out
-
Snackbar said they always gave them out, Let's find out
-
Mine wasnt cool at all. Cursed at me a few times. Always talked down to me. Talked to me like my dad which I only have one and my dm wasn't it. I reported him to terminal manager at behest of former trainer. They did nothing which is why I left. My new job is a lot less stressful. Miss the cpm don't miss my dm

I would not have stayed either under this circumstance. I've been fortunate in my trucking career....no real problems like you described....have had a few clueless Charlie's, but that's about it....
-
So that's what they mean by "there are no short cuts"? Just asking?
-
If anybody was to curse at me I would have gone up the COC to his/her boss. Unless it was Tonn they have a boss above them. Cussing/swearing has no place in a business convo. Now #### talken' is different. There's cussen' and then there's cussen' you out. You'd think I was a sailor sometimes but never is it meant to be directed at the person...if that makes any sense

If you don't take the short cut and swing 200 miles off route to swing by home, they complain

my 1st AMM was on the side of operations and tried (in vain) to force me into Bartlesville for 2 weeks...he attempted to push the 'customer service at all cost' button until I reminded him of the many customer service foul-ups that operations total disregard for proper planning caused...that and I had already done my Walmart duty for the year...but they couldn't seem to locate the paperwork for that load...until I produced not only the trip, but the start time, end time and stores I delivered to....then they realized their b.s ing and intimidation wouldn't work...so they gave up.stungjoe Thanks this.

I did my 1 tour of duty as a Walmart driver, I never got paid for the padlock that they said they would pay for and my last day I didn't get paid full pay, and I got less then if I was paid per mile for that day. When they offer it to me, I refuse it.
YES!! That is why the little box is there. Y or N.
