when did Crete start allowing roll over on vacation time. Before I left it was use it or cash it out...after a certain period of time it would be cancelled if it wasn't used or paid.

    Come on SS

This is a post from tucker...he likes to alter reality on occasion.

I actually enjoy his antics, people are very gullible

With the changes and rumored changes at Crete since I left(talk of factory installed inverters, possible Pete/KW's, pay raises, Texas 'T' getting canned), I wouldn't be surprised by anything at this point to be honest.

Indy tells me every year, when I have them put my vacation pay on my paycheck, that I don't lose the days off and can take a now unpaid vacation and that they don't um???? "expire"

I assumed that they rolled over, I have no plans on saving them and taking 16 weeks off.

I been keeping a closer eye on paid DH miles lately......for some reason they for no reasonable explanation claim to put DH miles on previous loads, now there must be an agenda here......For example Tues you have a load xyz with 645 loaded and 87 mt miles that del Thurs. You del Thurs and get load wxyz with 578 loaded and 101 mt miles that del Fri. The next week paycheck you look at the trip numbers paid and you see load wxyz did not pay ANY DH miles just loaded. I call up the terminal to inquire....The explanation the DH miles on wxyz were paid and added on the previous trip which was xyz. I look at paid DH on xyz and see a total of 732 miles paid (No adjustment)......SO MY QUESTION IS WHY THIS SHELL GAME WITH DH MILES AND WHERE IS MY MONEY ?

They did that to me a couple months ago after I delivered in Portales, NM. They told me to head for Amarillo without a preplan that they had loads that would be released soon. On my way to Amarillo I got my preplan not showing any deadhead. I called and asked them to put the deadhead on the preplan and they said they had put it on the previous load. Checking my statement they did put that long dh on the previous load BUT omitted the original 15 mile dh on that previous load. So I got jipped out of 15 miles dh. I guess their system doesn't know how to pay two deadheads on a single load. It is the only time they did that to me.

It's my understanding that you can take up to 6 months unpaid vacation as long as you don't hire on with another carrier. Work a day with someone else and you have to go thru orientation again.

I have always kept accurate records on every load, especially loads that are cancelled or changed ( i flag them in marker)..always make the call to your AM and get it fixed it is his/her responsibility to do so..It usually will show in the next PP if it does not send a msg and wait till that weeks pay and make sure it is there..if not make the call to your AM to get it fixed.

Sometimes it will be on the next PP or the previous...I don't give away miles, if you pp me on it you pay me for it..I have had this happen on numerous occasions and it has always been fixed once I make the call.. Keep good records and don't GIVE away YOUR $$. This happened just 2 weeks ago on the weekend..Weekend dispatch had it as unauthorized miles...SORRY you sent me, you cancelled PP, you pay me..was paid in the following weeks check on the previous PP additional miles were added with previous trip dispatch # fixed by my AM.

I'm anal about pay thats one thing that will show my true colors if you choose to play games with it ( I don't play nice )

I know your not with us anymore but just a general FYI for all.
