I got the Maxforce, the B service used to be at 40,000. Unless the mechanic thought it was a Cascadia and put the wrong mileage on the sticker, I'm fairly sure they do those every 50,000.
I'm not sure if we got any newer ones with the Cummins.

I read that Crete was giving out 8 million dollars in profit share. How is it decided how much each employee gets? What does a driver get?
-
Its about $1500 annually. Doesn't vary by much.b l a c k b e a r d and tucker Thank this.

Saw a brand new red Crete truck today...raised roof and the plastic air deflectors on the drives.

There is a complex algebraic equation they use which involves years of service, miles turned by the driver and number of employees eligible that determines what percentage of the profit the company claims to have made gets deposited in the drivers account...but 48's answer is the average most drivers see. Which means you'll have to work there 100 years to have a reasonable retirement a person can live on.
-
Last year mine was around $1800......better than nothing at all I guess
-
And you don't get to keep all of the profit sharing until you are there 5 years.
-
Then I have ....a little over 2 years to go
-
Are you sure? It used to be that you vested 20% each year in the 3rd thru 7th years. I am 100% vested, so I don't know for sure now. You can look on your statement to see how you are vested.
-
they change it all the time. When I started there the 1st year was 0 then you got 20% each of the next 5 years so you were 100% after 6. After the recession I had heard they changed it.
