I spoke too soon about trailers....got a 228 series and it's got an air leak somewhere....not yet sure if it's a brake chamber or a valve back there....I knew I should have kept my mouth shut! :biggrin_2552:

    uh oh,
I got a service failure and my terminal refused to mail me a copy, I was going to hang it next to my deer head. She said it was electronic and on my permanent record. I told her to give me a hundred sf's and something smart about my elementary school, (that's where my permanent record is stored)

Let us know what happens, we need some Crete news instead of all this nonsense ;)

I'd let it go, it might heal itself or another driver can do laundry while it gets fixed.

    Good Luck

Long Island ain't bad, I usually won't park at customers, but up there, there is always a great bar nearby, and the greatest people ever in them. Southern hospitality sucks, the rudest people in the universe.

I got one customer up there saved on my gps, they don't care if I spend the night :).
If you ever get an Alside load to Old Beth Page, NY. Accept it!!

I'd take the day off, after I deliver. Park at Trexlers truck stop and spend the day at the Hilltop Hotel "cafe"

Order some praglies and a draft Yuengling. Tell the guy with the eyepatch to be careful that he doesn't put his other eye out with his pipe, but, 2 people with eye patches hang out there.

one trick that gets them off your back...use the 'T' word...as in tired. "Been up all day waiting on a load, now I am too tired. I will check back in the morning"...but don't use it too often or you'll be doing a sleep study soon. After that wreck in FL 10 years ago, the word tired is Crete's Kryptonite.

Tucker, here is some Crete news: the bulletin board next to the drivers lounge in Wilmer has a memo from Coulter asking for volunteers
for the DriveCam cameras. Maybe you could volunteer and tell the rest of us how "wonderful" they are.

Are they accepting volunteers for colonoscopies and repeated blows to the groin as well? They sound better than a drive cam at Crete.
