The more I read, the more I'm glad I left for Poly. Miles and money without the nagging micro-management. The Poly truck I have has far less storage than any of the Crete trucks,but the little plastiic drawer units Walmart sells and a Macgiver'd extra clothes rack for my winter gear and I'm set.

My heater lasted all night, til I turned the key on. And it's -6 here.
I have no idea what an a55 man does, they don't pick the loads or have a say in what loads their drivers get, that's the load planners job. I guess they get all the complaints and put the hometime notice on the truck. -
They are the complaint filter. One more layer of management between the driver and those that make the decisions.

You are right, but it's an odd job. I reminded him that I don't know the codes to talk to the planners and told him reading our complaints was why he made the big bucks
