Crete Carrier - A Year In Review - Fall 2013 Going Forward

Wow, I've seen quite a few ignorant comments on these boards but I believe this one exceeds all others.

 

This was one of my tamer posts, you could always ask the man in your life how to utilize the ignore thingy.

 

Well my Wife and I had The Talk. My OTR days are numbered.

 

1100,1800,1700 my miles for the last 3 weeks,and i used to drive 600 plus miles a day here,i know that no one would believe me,but its true.

 

How come your miles are so low?
Do you get a lot of short loads?
We both have "Jessica" and the gal is capable of finding me medium to long loads.
I'd like to talk in person, maybe I'll post where I'm spending my 10 hour break, and I'll buy too, just like for the FFE driver in Colorado, think big hangover...

Not sure why she's complaining. With all the complaining I do about my asset manager he never #####es at me for taking 11-12 hours off between shifts. As long as I deliver ontime. And I usually manage 2500-2800 per week despite these obscenely long breaks I prefer to take. By the way, next time ask her when the last time was she took 10 hours off of work and jumped right back in to her desk.

 

Someone's sarcasm detector is out of calibration...maybe I should lend him my calibration tool since mine gets out of sync now and then

In other news... I delivered a load of Mountain Dew to a warehouse in a cave today. Never imagined I'd string those words together but go figure. Something new every day with this gig.
