Ah that feeling you get when the trailer you're picking up has a flat tire.

 

Oh hey the holiday is tomorrow, hers a 900 mile load that delivers on Monday...no thanks

 

Holiday aside, 900 miles is barely two days work. Spread out over four days? No thanks indeed.

 

I had to stay in that hotel, it looks skanky from the highway, but was actually nice on the inside.

 

So what's new with you?

 

Hey tucker, I stopped at your favorite exit 223 pilot for breakfast today.

 

That McDonalds is great, but I like the Ice House next door, I love Yuengling on draft and I like the Black Butte Porter, it's fun ordering a tall black butt....
I got the load from hell right now, flat tires and 900 miles in 4 days is nothing on this one.

 

Tcalled my nightmare load, the consignee was closed today. No freight left for today. They offered a nice run to Utah that loaded Saturday, I turned it down, I just don't want to get on a mountain with this truck.
So I got a 570 miler over to Richmondish, VA. It loads Saturday too.
So an Afternoon at Hooters, and they still know me by name and what I drink here.
