They don't go west of the Mississippi River much. They do go to Texas but I don't know if they hire drivers there. If you ask "tow614" he can tell you if they hire driver's in Texas. He's the guy who can give you all the info on Big G.

Never ever park on the end, ever. Unless you lay your bumper down to protect the hood (or what's left of it image.jpeg

It's odd that anyone would recommend laying your bumper on the ground, but it is Lincoln.
Only thing I remember from ddc was that I should have thrown a full cup of coffee on the floor with the other trash. Regrets...

Even with the time on the 2,300 mile run, I really needed the longer loads for a change.
The next Utah to Cali load was around 780 miles and I got to spend the night in Vegas, with a chance to see The Hateful Eight on the big screen. AWESOME MOVIE!! Plus the next night at the Loves at Santa Nella, CA and Anderson's Pea Soup restraunt.
Unloaded and reloaded in Hayward, CA, going to Plainview, TX, yeah, 1,400 mile ish.
I quit early and spent another night at the Pea place, then the new Loves in Williams AZ, it's built on a hillside, I had to sleep backwards in bed and my foot must have shut off the bunk heater, I woke up and it had to be 10 degrees in the truck. Great design, really like the super bright light at eye level to show that it's on.
And then now back in Amarillo, I'm about to hike up and get some Bull Fries,
Monday I think I'll extend my hometime again.

I am considering crete when I get finished with CDL school. As a new driver, how long do you have to be solo before you can take your spouse, does not say on the website, thanks

Smokey, I believe it's 30 days of safe driving and they can ride. It might be 3 months, though. Something with a 3 in it. It didn't stick with me. My wife get car sick so she's never gonna do it

Probably 3 months. Hell, Schneider requires 6 months.

Seems like a lot of that going around...a friend of my wife had a similar experience with a Swift driver taking her front end off...maybe the Swift driver was trying to get their Volvos to mate
