Over due for B-service and my next load drops in Burley ID. I hope Salt Lake isn't as bad as all that.

IDK, I just hate putting the truck in a shop while under a load, I thought I'd be ok with just an A service. I require 7 hours of sleep.
I should have parked at the Loves and caught the tram downtown instead.

    Yes, KC is good, too.
At Deland, they mechanics are bit happier now, although they are still short staffed, but they have always done good work for me. It is my home terminal.. but I have seen it like 10 times in 15 years....

I'm surprised that terminal is still open given the lack of south FL freight they have. It was my terminal, and in the 10 years I was there, I was on the property only a dozen or so times...mostly to get my physical and then drag an empty home so I had one when hometime was over.

I second the Hunt shop in Omaha. Was sent there when Lincoln couldn't get to me and they were locked on. Knowledgeable, fast and (gasp) friendly.

    Honest to God truth:

Last summer I'm in the N. Salt Lake Crete terminal and it took two days to get a service A because so many technicians just didn't come in. No sick call or anything. They just decided they weren't coming in. The shop manager (guy with the raspy voice) was exasperated but he was like, what can I do? When they're here they're reliable. Quasi functional alcoholics I'd guess.

I planned on sliding my tandems forward when I fueled at Fernley, but I forgot... and remembered as I got to the Truckee scales,
I got the green light and went through the ag station without them noticing.
I had them about 3 foot too far back because it was a light load and it rides better.
But I slid them forward when I parked .
