I know what you mean, you can say pissed, but not ####### or ####### (both of which are physical things...one they use to plow fields with, and the other you get hemorrhoids on)

 

I've only heard from Corey once since we got the asset mangers.
Maybe they got tired of him tracking in mud.
Suspension is over, I slept in, checked out of my room and walked to the truck and there was a mechanic in it,
He had the air brake lock off too, I didn't even give them my keys, he even gave me the extra key to get in the door.
B-service and laundry is done.
Good movies on the tv today too.
Now I have to take my reset. I'm way out of hours.

 

CORY!!! That was the guy's name!!!! What a douche. You could tell he'd been using the pity thing to slack for years.

I was in Seattle and that douche took a 2,400 mile I'd accepted but not picked up yet off of me and gave it to a butt buddy. I got sick of it and told one a manager "Look, all I know of this guy is his actions and his words. I could care less if he's paralyzed but I want a different asset manager, now."

**"We'll we have a process. You need to try to work it with him out by phone and then if you still feel the same way you have to take to a committee...."***

"Yeah, we're not doing that. I'm leaving the truck and I'll be back in 90 minutes. I'm not accepting any loads until you give me one of the hundred other people doing this same job. If there's nothing after 90 minutes, I'm taking a day off. If it still isn't settled, I'll get a job somewhere else." (insert dramatic music here)

Got a new A.M. in 90 minutes. That little douche Cory sent in a write up for hanging up on him just as a #### you because my demand made him look bad. Got it six weeks after switching A.M.s. He got fired two months later so I guess I wasn't the only one.

 

Being suspended was so much fun, I really enjoyed yesterday.
I hope next time they suspend me for the whole weekend.

 

Careful,they terminated,and suspended my ### for an year,but i also had a 50 safety points over the hours of service,and 4-5 written warnings.

 

Ask them what it would take to get 2 days....It's good to set goals...

 

How did you get 50 points?!?

Going over 70 MPH once ... 5 points
DOT Insp. with minor violation ... 3 points
Leaving a bag of feces in a burning paper bag on Tonn's doorstep ... 42 points

 

I let it roll 75 plus every now and then to get around someone that's annoying , I know the Qualcomm logs overspeed at 72,
I've never heard about it, except when I had the camera and it tripped it.
I'm at minus 8 points, and I hardly ever get a trailer inspected anymore,

 

They did ask me if I could repower a load from Seymour to Romeoville this afternoon that had to be there by midnight today.
But since I was suspended and today is my reset day I had to say no.

 

Spending some quality time at...Freightliner / Sparks, Nevada...DPF fuel level sensor gone crazy...shows tank empty even when fuel...so it derates truck speed to 25mph.....200mi tow to get here
