Here's one for y'all.They sleep study drivers to make sure we are getting uninterrupted sleep,then put us in a Truck that shakes us awake multiple times with the opti idle.

 

They're getting a kickback on those sleep studies..you can be assured of that...good thing this administration eliminated the sleep apnea rule that was being proposed

 

Another wasted day, bobtailed to Louisville to get an empty trailer and still waiting to be loaded, it drops in Missouri tomorrow and then I should get a load home.

I'm have tempted to stay at Leavenworth tonight, (nice place)
But I'll probably stop at home instead.

This is the tightest industrial park I've ever seen, a woman must have designed it.

It hasn't been eliminated, it just has been suspended temporarily. The speed limiter proposal has been eliminated. Since OOIDA caught them trying to backdoor it without going thru the proper rulemaking procedures and brought it to Congress' attention...they have to figure another way to get it thru without anyone noticing.

As for a sleep study kickback...doubtful since they do it in house at company terminals. Maybe get brownie points from the goverment safety bureaucrats.

 

Not to mention kudo's from insurance and potential kickbacks from equipment mfg's...

No the sleep apnea rule has been knocked down by the Trump Administration they're not doing it
