I got to Excel in Socorro TX at 06:00 with an all day drop window but the guard said he couldn’t let me in until 08:00. When I got in the receiver said they had empty’s but she couldn’t release any. Dispatch sent me over to a drop lot where the only Crete trailer was a beat up red propaganda trailer with a white replacement door. By the time I get that loaded, it’s nearly 15:00. Head up US54 and of course the weigh station is open and I get invited around back for a level 3. Officer collects my paperwork including a trailer registration that’s so water damaged it looks like something that went through the laundry, my dog growls at him. Twenty minutes later he hands me back my papers, no violations, have a nice day. I guess he liked my dog.

It looks like the truck was parked on the shoulder and then Crete hit it and jackknifed.
