so I had to stop by a terminal for a fleet review and they gave me these. Haven't gotten a single peoplenet message about why I got them. Not sure if they're for all drivers

Sorry to barge in on your conversation. I just noticed you mentioned the sign on bonuses. A sign on bonus is nothing more than but to retain you, and they try to get out of paying you for that.
