What did it end up costing you per square foot? West Texas new construction is insane. I did jury duty with two general contractors several weeks ago who said it's $260-$300/sq.ft here. That and the year long waiting list is why I'm buying existing inventory next month.

 

It’s 1050 square feet with a sort of unfinished basement. All the detail work is immaculate. That builder is the best around here.
I don’t know the final price yet but I’d say around 165 to 170,000

Tucker you accomplished....building a new house...AFTER ...leaving Crete.... looks like that was a smart move....in many ways

 

Thanks, I did save a lot of money while I was OTR. And I had a great time on the road too. But it’s nice being home every day too.
