    This is the same reason I left Crete.

    There is 2 sides to the coin though.. ther Shaffer side was paying .53 CPM and i never had an issue with detention pay as long as i sent the stupid detention macro... i was getting good miles and the pay way decent, but ###### manager was a young kid that didnt care what my time was worth. When there were issues with a load being received I had to take it back and forth or sit on it... it sucks and it started happening more and more so I left. Not sure how I feel about them now... no hate or love lost, just knowledge gained!

    I have Waylens Secure360 on the dash. Just in the event this occurs, sends alert to my phone with video and pics.

    No more desperados getting away.

    This is my favorite pet peeve when other truckers swing back in front.

    "Hey, (insert carrier name here), you got it on?"

    "Yeah, what's up?"

    "You're left arm broken?"

    The rest is all about pointing out the obvious... lazy, arrogant, and just unsafe.
