The truck shutting off at a stop is probably the byproduct of them not wanted us to get around the idle system. Found I can't do what I used to do when the idle didn't work, and release tractor break. Now the only way to get around idle is by putting something on the accelerater.

OK now to get around idle is to.. find a large field to park in...let truck coast and place a rope on steering wheel so it turns slighlty....and just let the truck go around in circles and enjoy the ac /s

Or a hydraulic jack, jack up one wheel, set the trailer brake and let it rack up some miles in 1st gear
