    Their lowest rate is 25 cpm for a trainee driver straight out of school.. Rate per mile is only half the story though. Their average length of haul is 1,500 miles. They have a great deal for veterans too - they give 1/4 of time served towards their pay scale. Even a trainee driver with 8 years as an infantryman would start out at 41 cpm!

    Was told I would get .38 vs .33 for military service. Supposedly 5 to 6k miles a week team with miles split.
