Cummins ISX15 crankcase pressure

Had CEL pop on last night and this is code it gave me. Truck kept running good and Ive made it to KW dealer in WY. Was told theyre too busy and got sent to Peterbilt. Tech diagnosed it, checked crankcase filter and told me its "lifetime" filter, never have to replace it. He even showed me how it looks like and then it made sense.
Replaced crankcase pressure sensor and I was on my way.

 

Its "uodated" version of that filter. It does not have paper element. Tech told me when oil gets there it just goes back into crankcase through a valve in filter. That way it never needs to be changed
Basically its a breather for crankcase.

 

2k miles and CEL came back on again. I pulled over, checked sensor, oil, gsuges and everything seemed ok. Restarted and no CEL, drove another 40 miles to truck stop. Called cummins and was told it must be sensor, I said it was just replaced.
Well we'll have to diagnose it...
Not sure what I can do at this point
