DAC report

Correction - since this is going to be one of those hard to find answers, I called Hire Right.

Drug and Alcohol - 3 years
Accidents - 7 Years.

 

10 years.

 

Is there a lawyer that I can reach in Tennessee that can help clear my DAC report?

 

You can contract hireright to dispute it, but both parties are involved and if the company show proved, then it stay

 

I kinda thought that is how it goes but I am sure I have to fight it ... I failed a drug test and never taking any drugs ... I feel like I been set up and I don't know where to turn next

 

Contract the place that took you're drug test. They should had fill up 2 tubes. One is for testing and the other was for backup. Dispute it and get the 2nd tube to a different place and have it tested. Might need a lawyer but to you should do everything you can to protect your cdl

 

What happened it may not hurt you that much with carriers.

 

I took a random drug test like any other times and when I got a call back I was informed I failed the test... I have been driving for 20 years never failed a drug test ...I never do any illegal drugs but now I am labeled as an addict and have to do 12 hours of rehab and honestly lost in all this madness...
