    Last night most of the roads were shut down.. no speeding this morning as it's slow going everywhere.

    They don't have road salt or plows in Texas..

    Makes a person wonder what Texas does with the Federal Highway funds that they receive. they sure don't
    care about making their roads safe in bad weather. No colder than the temps fell, a little "salt" could have
    made all the difference in the world. But then, how many more states have the same mindset as Texas, "the Lord put it there, the Lord can take it away".. These states come under the "Heading" of being very hypercritical when it comes to highway safety.

    You ever seen a Texan attemp to drive on snow or ice ?? .. I have .. its not pretty .. they can''t even drive on wet roads
    Its a good thing they don't have plows or salt there..
