I’ve been driving for them for a few months now. Haven’t seen a single mileage bonus and my truck has been in the shop more times than I can count. I was told I’d be getting on a new truck when they traded in my freighliner but got put in a complete p.o.s. instead. Average paycheck has been about $800 a week but I’ve gotten a few north of $1200.
Honestly thinking about leaving at this point...

What are you doing wrong to not get a mileage bonus? Making home time a priority? It’s easy to make mileage bonuses. How many hours a day are you driving? How many miles are you driving per days shift? DM if you want
-
Yes, thats not adding up I just did two runs and have 2938. I also watched the videos for bonus. But you also must send a DVIR everyday you work for it. Even at .38 thats 1100 if I didn't have family emergency I would have had another run. I am not saying that your not making that but something else is costing you.

My truck has been in the shop literally every week since I was put on it. On top of that I’ve only seen 3 or 4 loads longer than 1500 miles. Haven’t taken home time yet, been on the truck for over two months now but can’t afford to go home due to not making any money.
-
I have been with them since January I run 650 to 700 miles a day stayed out for 2 months only hit one bonus the issue is not availability of miles or loads but the equipment I have had 4 trucks been broke down once for every week I have been out the problem is the equipment currently shut down at scale for improper repair they performed
-
Ouch. I’ve been dealing with the same equipment issues and it’s getting to be a royal pain. Literally can’t afford to go home because my truck is always breaking down and I’m not making any money.
-
If you’re trucks in the shop that long you’re getting down pay.
-
What was the problem and what was the repair? Who’s your dm?
Tel your dm that you need to make miles and you need a more reliable truck not breaking down. If you get into El Paso tel Alfredo. He usually has trucks he can do. -
You'd think. Had to talk to the VP of Maintenance to get the break down pay and it showed up on my paycheck WEEKS later.
