I think Indy, but some others are OK, too. They are all slow, but that is more to Knight's cheapness (not enough bays, mechanics) than anything else.
Example: at one nameless shop, a guy was denied spare wiper blades, at Indy all one had to do was ask. I mean, is there a big underground black market on wiper blades?![]()
Dead forum, everyone busy? Best terminal for maintenance?

Never been to the Indy term (ran western regional mostly during my 5 yrs there), and its been 3 yrs since leaving, but SLC used to be the best shop---small, and now most likely too many trucks there to support...my least favorite was Portland---B4 and after it moved to Fairview. Tulare wasnt bad either. But what usually happens with Knight terms is that they over-populate them with trucks as they grow (i.e. under-design them for future growth) and then the overall svce suffers..
Knight used to provide kits in their old Centurys for lights/etc. but they also used thermal/self-resetting circuit breakers in their fuse panels---not like the Volvos where the driver better carry their own fuses for trailer light probs & troubleshooting of.
And, REALLY, wiper blades are a 'safety must' and shud be spared as SOP in truck kits! -
I always buy my own blades. The ones they provide are the cheapest and don't last more than a month. I can't blame them though as a good set of blades will set you back 20-30 bucks but they are worth every penny. Plus you can get 6 months to a year out of a good set.

They do issue full light kits with spare lights for truck & trailer. That's for every truck.
