Diabetes, high blood pressure combo puts more Americans at risk of death

I’ll add that over my seven year of truck driving out on the road twice I’ve gained weight to an excessive point and twice I’ve lost it. I can tell you this first hand. When my weight is down and I’m walking every day and I’m eating healthy food I feel like I can drive forever. I literally don’t get tired. The job becomes 10 times easier. When I start gaining weight, not sleeping well and eating junk food? I feel every mile. So there’s that. One of the reasons I try to keep some good habits out here.
