I’ll add that over my seven year of truck driving out on the road twice I’ve gained weight to an excessive point and twice I’ve lost it. I can tell you this first hand. When my weight is down and I’m walking every day and I’m eating healthy food I feel like I can drive forever. I literally don’t get tired. The job becomes 10 times easier.
