Disgruntled employee shoots up knight transportation in katy tx

Most of these Murder-suicide type of people are selfish loners. They blame everyone else for their own failures and mistakes. They usually lose it after they have some major upheaval in their personal life or at work. They are usually nasty people always looking for an excuse to argue or insult other people. I'm sure this Psycho has had a pattern throughout his life of failed relationships and violent encounters with other people who have crossed his path. I'm sure his family is not surprised at all by what he did. Whatever faults KNIGHT TRANSPORTATION might have it is not the true reason for this man's actions.

 

its just my opinion but i think the psychos are people who run companies like knight. and like they say, you get what you pay for.

 

That's right air. Read yesterday where this guy was a loner. He texted his estranged sister and apologized for something. She said that she hadn't heard from him three years and knew something was amiss.

Some guys live in these trucks and have not a living soul that they can have normal human interaction with. Unfortunately their dispatchers are the only people they talk to on a regular basis. It's sad, that's why I usually just let stuff go when encountering crazy.

You have a better chance at winning the lottery than to get killed unprovoked random assailant. There however people who don't need much to make them crack.

I don't agree with you on Knight but Psych evaluations would be interesting. I don't think everyone in any type of job would pass tests on moods, personality, aptitude, pathology, skills, intelligence or ability. We've all got a little crazy in us.

 

Having grown up in a rural area around hunting, guns, gun safety & responsibility, I am pro-2nd Amendment.

But as a trucker where guns were not allowed in trucks, I can see the point (altho have had friends mugged and robbed in L. A. w/o any defense but a tire thumper or mace, which is illegal to take over into Canada!). Truckers are told to give up anything including their truck to appease the thieves, but in this day & age of 'leave no witnesses behind,' even then they could be snuffed out!

And ALL truckers who have driven the 48 in strange cities, etc., around the country, have had 'reason for road rage' even when doing everything right! Many ppl (4-wheelers) out there these days are rude and dont understand big trucks, even when properly taking their right-of-way!

I hate to say this, but this is the way of this country, blame it on stress, workplace unfairness, and even violence in most new movies these days--this is the new norm..

 

Your saying guns aren't allowed in trucks?

 

When I discovered the phone number for the driver that was screwing my wife I sent him a text message and thanked him for taking her off my hands and helping me get custody of my kids.
