i maintained a ga cdl while residing here in alabama for over 5 years, aquiring alabama tags and insurance for my vehicles yet holding a ga cdl.Through state farm too. i just became an official alabamian last november.
at ticket time in my truck, there were several too,the officer would inquire if i had a different mailing address and i would answer yes.not a one so much as shrugged or questioned it.companies i worked/pulled for never questioned it.I still own the home in ga but that may be of no consequence.
but who knows.i may have been lucky all that time for once.no need to stress, just ask the company about it prior to listing anything.i will assume there are no warrants for you in other states!!
Do all previous driving licenses show up on DAC?

I didn't list my AZ license back from 02/03 cuz, well, I forgot I had passed my CDL test there for Swift. I switched it back to my home state 5 months after having it. Every company has asked me about not listing it. So, yeah, they can see it if they look.

like chrome says. dac is what the companies put on there.
background is a criminal check. and that's not affiliated with dac. that's part of the BCI. Background Criminal Investigation. which i'm guess they would obtain that through the FBI for a single report from all 50 states. cuz that would be a very time consuming process to actually go through ALL 50 states.
as for different state licenses. i'm guessing that would all be tied into your mvr and that's where they would show up at. -
Pay attention to fortycal,

Your "DAC" report contains information supplied by employers you have had. Its not official, and maybe not even based on reality, but its got your name on it. This company, that makes its profits by selling prospective employers info on your old jobs also offers services such as searches of your official MV records from all over for ever. You can't and shouldn't try and hide these things as they will pop up and bite your butt.

Thanks for the information everyone. There's nothing on the Texas license I should be worried about, so I'll go ahead and put it on there anyway. The link was helpful too. Thanks!

Yeah, ChromeDome is correct. States do not amend anything on your DAC report. Only certain employers that use it will (not all employers do).
