Yeah mine is the RM Motor Carrier 2015 Edition. So its all up to date. Guess its just a matter of going through it and getting familiar with it. Kind of figured I was going to have to learn some of this stuff on my own.
Hi TD, By all means, make sure it's the commercial driver's edition. We called it the "road bible". Got everything you need to know, Low bridges, truck routes, how to get around the scales (oops), just gives the bigger picture. And if all else fails, it makes a great seed cleaner,,,,,just kidding.:biggrin_2554:
You'll deny that quote in the next "drug testing" thread :)

There's a tunnel? The people who quote everyone on this site must think the rest of us are maroons.

Somebody already posted it but I also use Google maps to help me get some get some options for a "safe" routing and the satellite view to help me get a image of where I am going to. I use my RM every day I am out here. Is it me or does anybody find it odd to see some of these Drivers going down the road using GPS to navigate. I always assumed if you are out here long enough the roads will become familiar and you should be able to guide yourself down the road. I guess that is not the case.

There's a tunnel in Milwaukee, too. There was a video posted here a while ago about a truck losing control and rolling over in that one.

I'm not sure if that tunnel is in the 2015 MCA but I'll look at one to check it.

Wear one out every 6 mo. Can't get there from here anyway.

A single engine plane went down in the cemetary. Police have found 460 bodies so far.

Mine is my bible. The GPS is only as good as the driver using it. It's just a tool, like everything else. But you can use the atlas to really plan, and get you out of trouble too.

I couldn't imagine not having an atlas with me in the truck. They are worth every dime spent on them.

    joseph1135 Thanks this.
