    Never had an issue.

My old boss at my last job kept begging me to stay though which was super annoying.

Dude you know why I’m leaving and it’s out of your control, tell the higher ups my complaints are everyone’s complaints and maybe something will change...

Many of the applications I've filled out do have a "Do Not Contact my current employer" box. Of course, they can only avoid talking to your current company for so long until they are required to contact them. Also, many of the bigger companies and companies using the online applications get notifications when one of their current employees starts putting in online applications.

Yes, because if you never communicate with the company no wonder nothing changes for the better....

First off. They dont need to know if your looking elsewhere. Tho if you give them your two week notice and then they ask why. Tell them what the other group is offering. The company you are witth may try to meet your expectations as it is more work for them to train a newby than to keep an existing employee. If they have no interest in trying to keep you, then it is a good thing. Enjoy your new ride where ever you go.

    Agreed.
If you’re at a crappy company (if you think the company is crappy from the truck, imagine what the office people think), the office people will have almost no communication with each other. So, the person that answers the phone about your background will never even think to talk to any of your travel agents.

Yes they absolutely do my company was awesome like perfection I applied for a local gig told them not to call my current company they did anyway well since then like 4 months later I been getting bent over screwed with 0 lube or mayonesse or olive oil. Just hard as can be. I told them I’m not leaving but still they are treating me like a 300 mile a run day all tarped slave. I don’t get paid to tarp FYI.

Also my hometime was always on time before now I’m always early or late by 2 days guess what now this weekend I have a 600 mile run for 3 days work and I get to drive into a hurricane. It’ll never end once they find out you gotta leave or they will starve you out anyway like they are doing to me.

Although my company did just give me a brand new truck I mean it have 2000 miles on it and an automatic so idk what kinda games they are playing maybe freight is just slow. Imma stick around for a bit

Message your DM. Tell him to tell the owner to take his F/U truck, his F/U trailers, and his F/U freight, and shove them all up his wife's ###.

You'll get to the terminal soon enough.
