He is representing the company in which he works for. Why on earth would he be standing in the cab taking a whiz on the customers property? Def needs his head examined on that.

    regarding moving of the truck
I would love to hear "the rest of the story"

Most companies have it set up to if you go over a certain speed or a certain distance and are not wearing your seatbelt it will trigger the camera.

They have dashcam of him driving truck without seatbelt and using phone while moving. He claims he was on private property and sliding his tandems when each took place.

The truth is even if Swift roasted him alive on national TV 90% of newbies coming to industry would still show up in here asking if Swift is a good first company and then discounting WHATEVER you tell them. "Yeah, but beside the human sacrifice and cannibalism and prison rape, are they a good company to start with? I have to start somewhere."

The driver I saw is claiming he got the truck rocking while trying to slide tandems and the camera caught him falling out of seat because he wasn't wearing seatbelt. He's lucky he didn't run himself over. smh

If you go back and look at his videos, he was able to get his loaded truck stuck in the sand out in the desert, had to be towed out, and think there was another incident. Out of all the drivers Swift has, they must be monitoring his vehicle, has to be more to it.

Swift has a video of me sending my arrival call two blocks from a shipper, at a red light, and the light changes so I look up and get ready to roll. Just then a cop comes flying off of the highway with no lights or sirens and I almost plowed into him running a red light, with no sirens.

Hard braking event and use of an electronic device. Because ya know, it's all my fault a cop ran a red light and I'd have known he was going to break the law if I'd have been staring straight ahead.

They got me for driving up on a snowbank with my steer to get into a tight ### dock as well. In both cases, I responded in the comments on self coaching that I would do the same thing again.

Another was be in Laredo trying to figure out how to manually shift a new automatic before I had them assign it to me. Accidentally switched back to automatic and then from drive into reverse. Needless to say there was a bit of a hard brake lol. My face was priceless.

Then add to that a myriad of clips of me being cut off and mercifully saving lives of people who I could have probably gotten a free pass for hitting. At least 3 of those. Fun ####.

I preferred the drive cam a lot more when t was a personal dashcam for my protection.

    Toomanybikes and Lepton1 Thank this.
