Was on vacation the last ten days and when I got back on the road today I see all my pilot points are gone. Looking at purchase history I see someone drained it all on junk food in two places in Tennessee and Missouri.
I never lost the card, how do they purchase things without it?
Do not save up any reward points for fueling, lost $140 worth.

They don't verify ID when access points so if they guessed your phone number on account they can access it

Report it to Pilot. They'll investigate & look at security footage etc and find out who it was... they'll refund your point too.

Pilot is pretty good about getting lost points or points that don’t get credited to your account. There’s been a number of times when I fuel and slide my rewards card and then later that day I realize the points weren’t credited to my account. I called them up and they always take care of it. The person that stole your points is likely an employee who had your info.

Some trucking companies give our info to the truck stops without our permission.D.Tibbitt, Another Canadian driver and Boondock Thank this. -
Freeze your credit files before someone steals your identity. It's free, it takes a minute, you can "thaw" them in seconds whenever you need to. Life Lock is not the same. Life Lock charges money to put a note in your file that essentially says "Do Not Enter." Would you rather have a deadbolt lock on your front door or a "Do Not Enter" sign on your front door?
Another Canadian driver and austinmike Thank this. -
