    This company never pays on time if they pay you its partial because there's always excuses. First they tell you that you will have to wait 3 weeks for first check . When you do get paid its partial claiming that he didnt get paid in full . Why do I have to wait for you to get paid for you to pay me? This company claims he has been in business for 19 years and from every driver it's the same question did you get paid this week? Stay away from this company do not do business with them and if you havent got paid good luck they write checks and then cancel them . They are based out of Glenview,Il owner is Neal ... Dont believe the b.s. you will never get paid ....

    For whatever it's worth, it's not just Chicago. There's what seems to be an ever growing population of them in the Sacramento/Stockton area.

    And, you can add the Portland, OR area to the list. I noticed a lot of Eastern Europeans in Troutdale, specifically, when I was still OTR.

    If you only receive partial payment then start doing partial work... Like only driving halfway to the next delivery, or only delivering half the load... That will get their attention in a hurry!
