Do truck drivers, specifically OOs, use any type of to-do list software?

    Hey guys,

I know a TMS can handle a lot of the operational details/check-lists that a driver would need but I was curious if you guys use any other organizational software outside of the norm?

And if so, are there any to-do list type apps that are geared towards truck drivers?

    Thanks!

Simple is rarely EVER bad a thing, especially when it comes to staying organized.

    That’s pretty high tech.

My note pad gets erased when I wash my mitts a couple of times.

Big note books. Bought in September 10 for 1.00. Scrap printer paper folded for Load info, miles, phone #s, notes, etc. Info from Load notes, miles, etc. Transferred neatly to Note book when time allows, for my records.

I wouldn’t mind a thread on ttr, dedicated to reminding O/Os of deadlines. I keep a reminder list. Sometimes I need a reminder to check it. Lol. I’m all caught up, still always feel like I missed something. With Covid it would have been nice, with all the extensions for D/L and Physical deadlines. The new Clearing house deadlines, etc. I do all the office stuff myself. Never hired it out. It’s not a big deal. Gets tiresome though.
