Curious. Has this ever happened to a carrier or a OO or anyone in a truck for that matter!? Removing a OOS sticker and rolling down the road and killing multiple people? And we just hull crappy junk....not human beings!

The owner was tied in with the FBI and was an informant for finding teariest but it sounded like in the article I read was he was more of an influencer to make teariest and have them arrested by the FBI
