Do you report bad drivers?

That a tad different. For one, you can't be sure what he was smoking wasn't legal. I know a number of old rednecks who smoke pipe tobacco in hand rolled paper. 2, they don't put sprite in a Coors can. 3, he clearly had more than one beer. That's probably worse than one joint, if that's what Mr Pickup driver was actually smoking. And finally, that was your call based on your best judgement. I can't say you where wrong....I wasn't there.

Well forget that guy, just pass him and cut him off for being a dick. He will get the picture. My question is how did you not see that coming when he started inching in on you? A little personal responsibility goes a long way, all you had to do was let off when you saw it. I'm guessing you were busy doing something else which is why you had the late reaction.
