Maybe the great military build up of the last few years has leveled off? Unprecedented spending and rebuilding can’t last forever I wouldn’t think. Like has already been said, without a legit war.

The prior 3 years there was a huge influx of extra DOD work due to trying to catch up from the prior 8 years of neglect. That's been caught up, so now what you are seeing is normal peace time traffic.

Yeah. You have to start somewhere. TSMT is like the mega of DOD and they have commercial explosives, UPS, and toxic waste loads too. I got into it to support the military and Bennett is exclusively DOD for that division. I hate being anywhere near toxic waste. What company are you leased to? I see your point about the one trick pony though. Rates seem low for other freight too so might as well wait till DOD improves.wore out Thanks this.

TSMT told me they aren't hiring any solo drivers at this time also.

Unless they need a local driver you’re probably out of luck being solo. TSMT needs teams to haul explosives because you have to guard those loads 24/7.
