Ummmm.....cut your losses and go to a reputable company. First off, you're getting "paid" 80 cpm. That's well above industry average. Too good to be true. You clearly were working for a 1099 company. You also had an older emissions truck. Other members will tell you to take them to court. That's gonna take time and money to do. Take the L and find a better company. How many years have you been driving?

 

Hire a lawyer.
They’ll either pay up or you will burn up their money in litigation.

If they can’t pay in one lump make up a payment plan. First time they miss a payment file a contempt charge against them. If they’re in contempt they stand a chance of spending a few nights in jail.

 

I see a pattern developing here....

Really hire a lawyer and spend up their money?a lawyer going to cost him $500 a hour it’s going to burn his as well over $4000 he owed file a small claims case usually cost about $50 depending on state make your case for non payment of service and move on

It seems that every company with an over-the-top patriotic name these days is a scam. I'd bet you that if you found a company called "Flag Waving Patriot Trucking", it would be a scam run by a Russian or a Pakistani.

BTW, maybe that's the reason why they only communicate by text? To keep the accent hidden?

 

I'm going out on a limb here, and ask.....Is this a company located in Northern Illinois? A lease of some sort? Paid on a 1099? White Volvo, lease trailer?
